Michael Graham
Founder / CEO / Board Member

Michael Graham’s expertise lies in space simulation, embedded technology, enterprise solutions, and business development. Specializing in integration, systems development, design and development of real-time embedded systems. He is applying his decade of testing technology and methodologies gained from CSA and SSSOC to advance client productivity.

Intekhab Alam
COO / Mentor

Intekhab has over 35 years of experience in Engineering, Operations, and International business Development. Over the last 10 years he has developed a keen interest in mentoring and supporting start-ups in many different areas of technology. He guides and helps the entrepreneurs to establish the infrastructure and the team for a rapid growth phase. He also ensures that the company is adequately financed (government grants/ Seed-VC investments etc.) and help refine the business development and sales process. He provides this guidance through mentorship at L-Spark (a Canadian Incubator and Accelerator) as well as working directly with start-ups. At SSSOC, he has assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer during this critical phase of the company’s growth.

Keith Fancy
Technical Advisor

Keith Fancy possesses space industry, satellite, testing and component expertise and is one of SSSOCs technical experts. With over 40 years of technical and industry knowledge from working on satellites like RadarSat 1 though to James Webb Space Telescope. He has diverse experience in thin film deposition as well as experience as a space component developer, service provider and product developer. Keith has an unparalleled understanding and insight into the space industry and its technical requirements.

Mike Kearns
Advisor

Mike Kearns has 25 years experience working in the Space Industry specializing in Contracts Management, Business Development and Executive Management. Most of his career was spent with Neptec Design Group where he attained the position of President, Space Exploration for the Ottawa based operation including responsibility for the UK Division. For a number of years he also provided Contracts and BD support to Neptec’s space division based in Houston, Texas. More recently, Mr. Kearns is the founder of E3H Technology Limited which provides consulting support to Space companies in Canada and Europe. Mr. Kearns has extensive experience with a number of Space Agencies including CSA, ESA, UK Space Agency and NASA.

Dave McCabe
Advisor

Dave McCabe has over 30 years of experience in senior management, business development and program management in the aerospace sector. Dave has a global stakeholder network and broad market knowledge in satellite communications, remote sensing and defence systems. Dave worked at Magellan Aerospace developing rocket systems and small satellites and subsequently at COM DEV International (now Honeywell) as the general manager of the space Mission Development Group and other leadership positions. Dave is a professional engineer with a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. Dave is currently involved with several small businesses as a board member or industry advisor.

Jerzy Komorowski
Advisor

Jerzy Komorowski has over 40 years of experience as researcher and research and technology development manager. From 2005 to 2018 he was Director General of the National Research Council Canada Aerospace Research Centre. During his career Jerzy has lead development and management of world class research facilities valued close to $1B. Nearly 70% percent of the NRC Aerospace budget was from contract work for Canadian and International, private and government sector clients.

As the president of his consulting company JPWK Aerospace he serves on the board of EnviroTREC – the Canadian Environmental Test Research and Education Centre, and is a member of Concordia Institute of Aerospace Design and Innovation (CIADI) Advisory Committee. He continues to be actively involved in international research collaborations.
